About Me

Sandy Brown, the founder of Legal Mediation Limited brings a unique skill set to her mediation practice.  Having qualified as a solicitor in 2001 she spent ten years as an Insurance litigation solicitor (including 5 years spent with Greenwoods Solicitors in The City of London), before joining the TCM Group, leading diverse and complex workplace mediation programmes for the organisation’s public and private sector clients.

It was during her time as a litigation solicitor that Sandy came to recognise the potential of mediation as an effective tool for resolving workplace conflict and business dispute.  This, combined with her determination to resolve legal disputes, workplace issues and business conflict without costly and cumbersome legal processes inspired her to become a Workplace and ADR Group accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator.

Sandy is also a qualified Family Mediator, helping families to resolve financial and child related matters quickly and cost effectively.

Sandy is registered with the FMCA (working towards full accreditation), She is a member of the College of Mediators and the Professional Mediators’ Association (PMA).

Sandy works with families and organisations across Essex and London, employing her non-judgemental mediation services to determine the root cause of any conflict. 

 

Thanks to her approachable, psychotherapeutic approach Sandy is able to connect with employees from all cultures and backgrounds.
